About – Laurium Jewelry

ABOUT

LAURIUM” namesake stems from a town called Lavrio in southeastern part of Attica, Greece. Lavrio was famous since Classical antiquity for its silver mines and mineral-rich soil.

Established in 2019 LAURIUM is an ever evolving collection of fine jewelry that values the traditional with a modern voice. LAURIUM pieces deliver the experience of art through handcrafted fine objects. LAURIUM is devoted to creating timeless and unique designs that are not only beautiful but also tell a story.

Conscious of the sentimental nature of jewelry and how jewelry has a profound impact in our life, connecting us to other people and transcending time, we strive to create quality hand crafted pieces to be passed down for generations.

Our jewelry is designed for you to wear daily and last a lifetime. We believe that by creating durable pieces, we help encourage a quality over quantity mindset.

Meaningful signets, sculptural rings and a plethora of stoneworks make for a collection that features exquisite craftsmanship in every step of production. No CAD or 3D printing is ever used in the process.

All metal used in the fabrication of LAURIUM jewelry comes from a single casting facility that uses only recycled content. Gemstones have been sourced from suppliers who work on fair trade principles. Precious stones are either Kimberly certified, post consumer or antique. Each jewel is entirely crafted by hand in the studio.
