We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €400 and options for fully insured shipping worldwide. Orders are shipped using a carbon neutral method with DHL. Please note that all orders placed on www.lauriumjewelry.com are shipped from our studio in Athens, Greece.
For pieces that are ready to ship, please allow a 2-5 day processing window. If you need an order expedited, please contact us at laurium@lauriumjewelry.com to discuss options.
Most of our items are made to order and usually ship within 10 days but may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed on national holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
International orders duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country, and are not included in the total at checkout. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, with the fees being collected at the time of delivery. LAURIUM is not responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
RETURNS All exchanged items are Final Sale, please do not exchange your exchange. All requests for returns or exchanges must be communicated to within 14 days of receipt and must be approved by LAURIUM.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You are advised to choose a safe method of return of the products such as a courier company.
The products must not be damaged, altered, used, worn, washed and they must be returned in their original packaging along with all other documents, if any, accompanying such products. Damaged products shall not be accepted and no reimbursement shall be made.
Manufacturing faults do not include: broken chains, chipped or broken gemstone, general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped.
Custom orders and one of a kind rings that have been resized for your purchase are not available for return or exchange. Please email laurium@lauriumjewelry.com for more information.
REPAIRSRepairs are handled on a case-by-case situation. Email within 30 days of damage to inquire about repair options.
CANCELLATIONAn order may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already shipped within that time period, the merchandise may be returned for a refund of the original purchase price within 30 days.
